Additional Job Details:
Sorts, stamps and distributes incoming mail/documents to appropriate service center. Monitor shared email accounts and print documents when required. Ensures timely and accurate processing of documents by coding, entering and auditing data in software systems - Accounts & Freight Payable related File/sort a variety of documents based on type, date, supplier or carrier code, or other appropriate identifiers Handle personal and confidential information on a regular basis Prepare, scan, index, verify and archive materials according to documented procedures
Position's Contributions to Work Group:
Ensure accurate and timely recording of invoices in multiple systems by data entering invoices, coding invoices (preparing invoices for data entry), making sure invoices are distributed correctly, and performing validation on invoices entered.
Typical Day:
This person will be performing different functions in this group. A typical work day can include working in the mailroom to distribute invoices correctly, and/or sitting at desk for data entry in system and preparing invoices for data entry.
Education Requirement:
HS diploma or GED required
Critical Technical Skills:
2-4 years of relevant experience required. Data entry experience required. Type accurately.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a team, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, great attendance, ability to be flexible, positive attitude, problem solving skills
