This is a full time temp-hire opportunity with client in Downtown Peoria, working in a call center type environment. Will be answering and making calls pertaining to patient medical bills, answering questions and processing payments. Candidates must be able to work in fast-paced environment. Strong multi-tasking & customer service skills required. Strong data entry and typing skills (MUST TYPE AT LEAST 25 WPM) are a must.

Working hours: M-F 11a-8, F 8a-5p


--Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.

--Previous customer service experience.

--Strong computer skills, typing (AT LEAST 25 WPM) and 10-key skills helpful

--Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

--Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

--Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
